Please join us for the Indiana Authors' Dinner, featuring Jeff Smulyan. Dubbed “The Father of the Sports Talk Format” Jeff Smulyan serves as the founder and Chairman of the Board of Emmis Corporation. In 2022, Smulyan wrote Never Ride a Rollercoaster Upside Down, a behind-the-scenes account of his life as an entrepreneur.
 
Over the course of the evening, expect to learn more about Jeff, his process, and the importance of literacy as a cornerstone for success.
 
Proceeds for the evening will support the Dyslexia Institute of Indiana’s scholarship program, making life-changing services possible for people who could not otherwise afford them.

2018 Indiana Dyslexia Summit

 

In the Fall of 2018 Dii hosted the first Indiana Dyslexia Summit where a group of over 85 people came together to work towards making Indiana a better place to learn for our dyslexic students.
